finish, with elderberry and beeswax notes. Well-structured wine, with the ripe

Why we like it
Pellicular cryomaceration. Fermentation at a temperature of 16-18°C with cultured yeasts. Wine completes its maturation in stainless steel tanks. Blending, light clarification and final filtration after refining.
