Tasting notes
Bright straw yellow wine with golden tints. Very ripe fruit with notes of orange and
white peach peels. Clean and fruity well-structured wine.
Well-balanced and strongly fruity taste:
clear citrussy notes of citron and lime
with a slightly balsamic aftertaste.
Pairings
Cold-cuts, pasta dishes, fish and white meat dishes.
Why we like it
Pellicular cryomaceration for 48 hours. Fermentation at a temperature of 16-18°C with cultured yeasts. Wine completes its maturation in stainless steel tanks. Blending, light clarification and final filtration in spring.
