Tasting notes
Yellow intense, with straw-yellow hint. Fresh and intense, with hints of white
flowers and exotic fruit. Good sharpness matched with a
peculiar minerality.
Pairings
Vegetables, white meat and baked fish.
Why we like it
Grapes is picked up late. After the manual harvest there is a soft crush and a soft pressure. The fermentation temperature is about 16°C. Wine is then aged in French oak barriques of second and third passage. Instead the remaining wine will be refining in steel. It is then achieved at the assembly work in the tank
