Spumante Extra Dry

Bright straw-yellow colour with a persistent foam. Intense aroma with notes of apple, pear and citrus. Soft and smooth on the palate, with a fine, delicate perlage and a hint of apple on the finish.

Excellent as an aperitif, it pairs well with fish-based dishes. Also ideal with desserts.

A refreshing and pleasant wine, obtained through gentle pressing, low-temperature fermentation and a second fermentation in an autoclave.
