Tasting notes
Straw-yellow colour with greenish veins. Notes of elderflower, peach and
passion fruit. Fresh and mouth-filling taste, with a
finish of fresh lesser calamint and a
good and reviving sapidity.
Pairings
Perfect with cured meat appetizers and fish first courses. Recommended also with fish tartare and pizza.
Why we like it
After cold maceration on skins and fermentation with cultured yeasts at a temperature of 16°C, the wine is stored in pressurized tanks where a slow secondary fermentation finishes its fragrance making it a delicate petillant wine.
